What’s your title at TableCraft?
President of TableCraft
What exactly would you say you do here? (hopefully you read that like the guy from Office Space)
Now that’s a loaded question! I’m responsible for the overall sales of our foodservice division. This includes sales planning, sales management, and product training. At the end of the day though, my role boils down to ensuring that our company is continuing to exceed our customers expectations in product, delivery, and service.
What values do you try to uphold in and out of the office?
The biggest would be honesty and have fun. Those are two of our core company values and ones that really hit home in both work and family life.
Favorite part of working at TableCraft?
The people. We really have a great group of employees here who are an absolute pleasure to work with. It truly is a wonderful place and it all starts and ends with the dedicated employees that work at TableCraft.
What did you do before TableCraft?
I cleaned carpets, worked at one of the campus dining halls, and even played poker online my senior year of college (best job ever!). I started at TableCraft almost right out of college at 22 so it was really the first place I worked in an office.
Describe TableCraft in 3 words?
Reliable, honest, fun.
What’s your favorite podcast?
“Crime in Sports” – it’s a great listen!
Netflix, Hulu or something else?
Netflix. I mostly watch just live sports, but Netflix has some great original shows like Ozark. I also enjoy the documentaries there and any of their shows based on cooking.
What’s your favorite movie?
“Kingpin” Bill Murray is fantastic in that movie.
What’s your favorite meal?
BBQ. I love slab ribs, jalapeno cheddar sausage, brisket, pork combo platter. Throw some banana pudding in for dessert and it’s the perfect meal.
Favorite place you’ve ever traveled to?
Singapore. It was beautiful, clean, and really fun. The food was incredible, as well.
What’s the place you’d most like to travel to?
Scotland. I’d really like to have enough time to visit there for a couple of weeks
If you could choose one superpower, what would it be and why?
Teleporting would make my job much easier.
Who was your childhood crush?
Britney Spears

1998 Gray Chevy Malibu
What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given?
“You don’t know everything.” It’s so important to listen to other ideas and get feedback. This is especially true for the people that are involved in processes. Great ideas can come from anywhere and it’s so important to listen to other people. Interestingly enough, my wife gives me this same advice all the time.
