Meet Ashley from the TableCraft Sales Department

You may have already gotten an email or spoken to our Team TableCraft star for the week … Ashley from our Sales department. Along with supporting our busy Sales team, Ashley is also quick to pick up new skills, tackle tricky projects and ALWAYS offers a big smile to everyone who passes her desk. Learn all about her reality TV binges and favorite travel destination … where she got engaged!! (Awwww)

What is your name?

Ashley Lencioni

What’s your title at TableCraft?

Inside Sales Coordinator

What exactly would you say you do here? (hopefully you read that like the guy from Office Space)

A large portion of my position here at TableCraft is assisting our awesome team of sales directors with special projects and tasks. When I’m not assisting them, I handle other sales-related functions such as new item set-ups for our customers, pricing projects, sales rep related projects/rep newsletter creation, and really any task that comes across my desk. I also handle our emails, so there’s a chance you may have seen a response from me!

What values do you try to uphold in and out of the office?

I strive to be as positive, communicative and team-orientated as possible. I truly feel when you project positivity, the outcome is always better. Sure, we all have our days, but always trying to put our best foot forward is a value I strongly live by.

Favorite part of working at TableCraft?

I love working at TableCraft for many reasons. For one, there’s always something new to learn! Second, the community; I really enjoy working with the entire team of individuals we have here. I’ve made some lifelong friends from our offices. And third, working with our products. I love getting involved with new product releases and getting sneak peeks of what’s to come.

Describe TableCraft in 3 words?

Honest/Trustworthy, Team-Orientated, AWESOME

When you’re out with friends, what is your go-to drink?

My go-to drink is a Jack & Coke (super original, I know); but more recently I’ve rekindled my love for tequila! Just a classic margarita in a salt-rimmed glass is my jam. Sometimes I’ll get all fancy and get a frozen mango margarita but usually I go straight for the classic.

What are you currently binging; i.e. TV show, movie series or podcast?

I love TV and binging on all kinds of different shows! Now that “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation” is over (SO SAD), I’ve currently been binging: “Ghost Adventures” (from my DVR), “90 Day Fiancé” (on Hulu), “Vanderpump Rules” (on Hulu) and “The Floor is Lava” (on Netflix). I love reality TV but shaking it up with some game shows and ghost hunting is a my absolute favorite!

Favorite place you’ve ever traveled?

My favorite place I’ve traveled is Las Vegas! I went in November 2019 and stayed at the Bellagio. I got to experience some beyond-amazing food: dinner at Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill (at Caesar’s Palace) was mouthwatering and breakfast at Sadelle’s Café (Bellagio) was by far the best breakfast I’ve ever had! Later in my stay, my then-boyfriend proposed to me in a private pod on the top of the High Roller (world’s tallest Ferris Wheel)!!! It’s was the most amazing trip I’ve ever been on and I’ll never forget each moment. I’m already looking forward to going back!

Name your dream travel destination and why.

I would love to travel overseas to the islands of Bora Bora (island in French Polynesia, northwest of Tahiti). It would be a dream to stay at an over-water hut and live my best life! Maybe for my honeymoon in 2022?? Who knows, but the possibilities are endless!

The ‘Meet TableCraft’ series is an employee spotlight that aims to introduce you to our TableCraft family. We’re fortunate to have so many fun and interesting people who bring their considerable talents and expertise to the office each morning. And they each contribute to make our company a great place to work.
