Meet TableCraft – Shannen Finan

Shannen from TableCraft

This week we’re meeting Shannen, one of our super-helpful and supportive customer service reps based in the UK. She loves Italian food, had a car named Fiona and a mad crush on Legolas (who didn’t!?).

What is your name?

Shannen Finan

What’s your title at TableCraft?

European Customer Service Representative

What exactly would you say you do here? (hopefully you read that like the guy from Office Space)

I assist all of our European customers with any orders or enquiries they may have

What values do you try and uphold to in and out of the office?

Making sure I have a good relationship with all my colleagues and customers and always making sure they always feel supported

Favorite part of working at TableCraft?

Working with such a fabulous bunch of people!

What did you do before TableCraft?

Trainee Dental Nurse

Describe TableCraft in 3 words?

Friendly, supportive & engaging

What’s your favorite TV show?

“Stranger Things” OR “Game of Thrones” (sorry can’t pick just one!)

What’s your favorite movie?

“About Time”

What’s your favorite meal?

Anything Italian!

Favorite place you’ve ever traveled to?

Rome. It’s so beautiful and I just loved the food! The tiramisu was BEAUTIFUL.

Yanny or Laurel?

Yanny!

Who was your childhood crush?

Orlando Bloom as Legolas in “Lord of the Rings”… not cool

What was your first car?

Fiat 500 – I called it Princess Fiona

Would you rather know how or when you were going to die?

I’d much rather know how than when! So I can prepare and avoid it – “Final Destination” style

Choose 1: 3 inches in height, look 10 years younger, eat without gaining weight, $200k?

$200K so I can pay to have surgery to add 3 inches, look ten years younger (but that would make me 14 years old) and to get lipo-suction. Easy.

The ‘Meet TableCraft’ series is an employee spotlight to help explain what our employees do, who they are, and why we are happy to call them part of the TableCraft family. Now you get the opportunity to know the person you’ve been talking to over the phone or email a little bit better.
