Name: Bonnie
Title: Graphic Designer
Movie: The Grand Budapest Hotel
Snack of choice: Roasted Spiced Nuts

I love watching movies! One of my favs is The Grand Budapest Hotel. Wes Anderson creates movies that I can get lost in, with all of the colourful characters and aesthetic visuals. A must-have movie snack is roasted spiced nuts. I roast whatever collection of nuts I have on hand, usually almonds and cashews on TCP’s Sheet Pan Server (1006AS). After about 5 minutes in the oven, add rosemary or thyme, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, maple syrup and olive oil. I also like to zest a little orange on top with TCP’s FirmGrip™ Zester (E5632). My husband and I will settle into our comfy couch with a glass of wine and a batch of warm, roasted spiced nuts … and enter the world of the fictional Republic of Zubrowka–M.Gustave: “The beginning of the end of the end of the beginning has begun.”
