1…2…3! TableCraft’s Fajita Tower (FTR1711) isn’t JUST for fajitas! With a little imagination, this black, powder-coated metal frame server becomes the perfect presentation at a buffet, at a seafood restaurant or a quaint bed & breakfast.

The ring diameter of this tiered server fits a standard-size dinner plate (7.5in/19.2in), so it can be easily customized to serve a variety of items, all while reducing its footprint on crowded tables or counters. Also, the handle is ergonomically designed for easy transport from kitchen to table.

Or choose the Fajita Tower Kit (FTR1711KIT) which comes with a tortilla warmer, a cast iron round server and Bakelite underliner, for a complete fajita/taco service.

Need inspiration? We’ve got three for your consideration.

1. The Fajita Tower

As intended, and using all the included kit accessories, our Fajita Tower looks impressive chocked full of all the freshest fajita fixins – and will take up the same amount of tablespace as just one platter. It sits securely on four rubber feet and the curved, ergonomic handle makes it easy, and impressive, to deliver from the kitchen. It’s a three-level showstopper!

2. The TALL Brunch

Cozy and sweet, a tower of our favorite breakfast goodies hits all the right notes for an eye-catching brunch, charming bed & breakfast morning service or self-serve buffet. We used our 10″ black-rimmed Enamelware Collection Plates (80019) but any standard dinner plate can do the job. Hungry diners can choose a plate of eggs or help themselves to just one buttery croissant. Just don’t forget the coffee!

3. The Seafood Stack

Ahoy there! The day’s catch looks extra attractive presented on the three overflowing tiers of our steel-framed Fajita Tower. Again, we used our Enamelware Collection dinner plates (80019) to present a colorful seafood bonanza where diners can pick their favorites or claim a whole plate to themselves. Little rubber feet keep the stacked tower in place, so it can be used inside or out on the patio, to take in all the sea views.
