Ingredients

  • 1 grapefruit
  • 2 rosemary sprigs
  • 750 ml bottle of vodka or gin

  • 1 lemon
  • 2 lemongrass stalks
  • 750 ml bottle of vodka or gin

  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 basil leaves
  • 750 ml bottle of vodka or gin

Directions

Grapefruit & Rosemary Infusion: Peel the grapefruit rind (avoiding the white pith) and place into a glass container with 2 sprigs of rosemary. Fill with your choice of vodka or gin.

Lemon & Lemongrass infusion: Peel the lemon rind (avoid the white pith) and place into a glass container with 2 lemongrass stalks. Fill with your choice of vodka or gin.

Cucumber & Basil Infusion: Peel, slice and seed the cucumber and place into a glass container with 4 basil leaves. Fill with your choice of vodka or gin.

Let your infusions sit for 36-72 hours. Strain when the infusion has reached the desired flavor; into a fresh bottle or jar. Enjoy with friends at your next cocktail night.
