Q: How can I incorporate more eco-friendly products in my buffet setup?
Answer from Amanda, TableCraft:
When I consider eco-friendly solutions in buffet and catering spaces, I don’t just think of the pinewood boats, cups and cones or the bamboo picks that we see serving up single-serving appetizers and small bites. (Though, I do love them!) I also think affordable and sustainable serving solutions: like a cost-effective and reusable mini melamine dishes and our faux cast iron pieces. Essentially, anything that hits a great price point and can be thrown in the dishwasher for repeated future uses — saving money AND the environment.
And can we just talk about the delicious charcuterie cups and cones that are trending at events small and large? Such a cute idea; perfect for serving in our pinewood cup or cone!
