We’re putting the spotlight on our warehouse manager J.T.! He’s in constant motion around the office, but he paused just long enough tell us about his favorite royal meal, the best advice he was ever given and his preference to be outside.

What is your name?

Justin Thomas Carleton – please call me J.T.

What’s your title at TableCraft?

Warehouse Manager

What exactly would you say you do here? (hopefully you read that like the guy from Office Space)

I ensure all warehouse functions are executed in a safe manner, while making certain customers’ needs are always in the forefront of decision making.

What values do you try to uphold in and out of the office?

Honesty, Integrity and Respect

Favorite part of working at TableCraft?

Taking an active role in trying to improve myself and those around me daily.

What did you do before TableCraft?

Department Manager at Uline and Operations Manger at Evans Distribution Systems.

Dedicated, Knowledgeable and Family-Oriented

“That 70’s Show”

“Braveheart”

Something else … preferably outdoors
